The typical reactive behaviors that show up when changes happen, and how to create an implementation plan change, taking it all into consideration. Putting it all Together in the HR Reality: Each participant will integrate all skills taught from all sessions. We will create a shared learning experience from which each participant will take away the skills taught in his or her role.

As a Cultural Anthropologist and expert in global team management, Samantha helps business leaders create greater cohesion in culturally diverse environments. Leveraging her skill set and training in cultural anthropology and organizational psychology she has transformed teams across 4 continents, and in over 8 different industries by giving them the tools they need to navigate better and engage with their culturally diverse peers, customers and business partners. Samantha is passionate about preserving cultural differences globally, a personal mission woven into her work and visible in every interview and training she gives.
Samantha is always looking for ways to push the boundaries of research as it relates to her expertise. As such, she is an honorary researcher with the University of British Columbia supporting their AI research teams in incorporating cultural nuance into their training models. In addition, she sits on multiple committees, helping organizations to build better entrepreneurship and innovation programs across the globe.
She has spoken at international conferences and actively collaborates with the Canadian Government to enrich the business corridors between Canada and other countries by providing guidance on the business styles of partner countries.
