Enrollment Cancellation Policy

Please note that some courses may be canceled or postponed.

We reserve the right to:

​

• amend, postpone, or cancel courses

• change or amend course structure or content

​

For canceled courses, the participants will be given at least one week’s notice with an option of transferring to the next course date or having a full refund of the fees.

Clickto will not be liable for any losses (including travel and accommodation costs) as a result of a cancellation of courses.

Cancellation due to non-attendance

 

To cancel your place on the course, you should notify Clickto as soon as possible by emailing Support@clickto.live.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

All refunds will be subject to an administration fee.

Refunds shall be processed as soon as possible and may take up to 2 weeks for monies to be transferred.

Any refunds shall be credited to the original method of payment.

The following refunds will apply for any cancellations:

up to 21 days before the first meeting - 100% Full Refund (No administration fee)

21 days until the course's first meeting - 50% Refund (No administration fee)

after the course has started - No Refund
